How soon will I see results from BOTOX® or Dysport® injections?
Patients usually notice the effects two to five days after injection, and the full effects appear within two weeks.
How long does BOTOX® or Dysport® typically last?
The effects of BOTOX® and Dysport® neuromodulators are not permanent. Neuromodulators usually last between three and four months. The price and duration of Dysport® are the same as those of BOTOX®, but it kicks in faster.
Is there any downtime after BOTOX® or Dysport® injections?
There’s no downtime associated with BOTOX® or Dysport® injections injections, so you should be able to return to work immediately after your treatment. Following your injection, a slight swelling and redness may occur at the injection site for about 24 to 72 hours.
